Patrick La Cotera joins XPRIZE with more than 10 years of experience in marketing and promotions across an array of industries, from the music industry to experiential marketing for major consumer brands. Patrick’s event production and promotion background will further support enhanced Brand representation and engagement efforts for XPRIZE events and programs.
Prior to joining XPRIZE, Patrick managed radio and event promotion efforts for many major recording artists under the Universal Music umbrella for Interscope, Geffen and A&M records. Patrick has produced several marketing events, with success in brand activation and brand integrity for major consumer brands such as Verizon Wireless, BlackBerry and the Heineken portfolio. Over the past 5 years Patrick has been a constant fixture in support of the integration of music and science, by way of contributing to the overall successful production of The Natural History Museum’s annual event, First Fridays.
Mr. La Cotera earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Minor is Business at Loyola Marymount University.
